Jackson
& Associates Consulting has been working in the Human Resource Affirmative
Action area since 1980 and currently has offices in Oklahoma and Texas. The
Company provides assistance to various Corporations regarding Affirmative
Action and Employment Issues. The firm currently serves clientele in various
industries including finance, health, oil and gas, manufacturing, construction,
communication, service, hotel, commodities, food, and education. The Company's
client base ranges from large national firms to small family-owned
establishments.
Jackson
& Associates primarily assists federal contractors with writing and
implementing Affirmative Action Plans, as well as with successfully completing
OFCCP audits. The firm also provides a number of other services, such as
training, employee surveys, and wage analyses. Always concerned with protecting
the best interests of the Contractor, Jackson & Associates does not employ
former OFCCP auditors as consultants and instead only employs consultants who
have worked in private industry. To further assure that the best interests of
the Contractor are maintained, Jackson & Associates customizes each
Affirmative Action Plan for the individual client. All statistical data is
precisely tailored to reflect the make-up of the Company and is always
researched with the needs of the individual Contractor in mind.
Jackson
& Associates charges by the hour, based on the type of service provided, to
cater to the diversity of its clients' needs and available resources.
Out-of-Pocket expenses are itemized separately. In-progress charges are
invoiced monthly and are payable upon receipt.
